Key Accountabilities that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job
  1. Sales: Gain customer agreement to purchase, distribute, accurately complete sales agreement and documentation
  2. Sales of entire range of company’s product range being offered by the organization.
  3. Mentorship: Identify, Select, train and handhold reportees for their selected roles and ensure career progression of the assigned team.
  4. Assessment/Review: Implement approved tools and methods to review the progress of assigned team and take corrective measures where needed.
  5. Strategy: Prepare, Plan and execute strategies to ensure increase in market share.
  6. Incentive programs: Cascade the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of the same
  7. Sales completion process: Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of purchase order, payment collection and registration of vendor as applicable.
  8. New markets/segments: Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments / Distributors in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing reports and communicating relevant information.
  2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  3. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  6. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  7. Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Requirements and skills
  1. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  2. Good computer skills (MS Office).
  3. Proficiency in English/Hindi or local language.
  4. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  5. xcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. A team player with high level of dedication.
  7. BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
